**Administrative Associate Supply Chain Planning (temporary 6 months)**

We are looking for a talented **Administrative Associate Supply Chain Planning (temporary 6 months)** to join our team specializing in **SC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT** for our **CUMMINS** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.

**Job description**:
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Gather, compile, verify and analyze information for the creation of documents such as reports.
- Facilitate smooth communication between general management and co-workers, as well as with external parties such as media, customers, suppliers and the public.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of management records and files.
- Monitor, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure that office activities are performed in accordance with established budgets.
- Order processing.
- System order management.
- Assign material to purchase orders.
- Provide status of purchase orders.
- Import processes.
- Act as a formal resource for less experienced colleagues.
- Follow up on purchase orders and import processes.
- Provide follow up to established processes in Argentina.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Data Analysis.
- Office Suite Management.
- Knowledge in Oracle System
- Knowledge in MOVEX system (Not essential).
- Knowledge in Data Bases
- Knowledge in Logistic processes
- Basic-Intermediate English.
- General supply chain knowledge.
