Overview:

**Responsibilities**:
To be successful, the Inside Sales Representative will:
- Work closely with their CipherTrace and Mastercard Sales Teams to develop and execute Strategic Account Plans for key prospects.
- Work with their sales team to meet lead generation goals, such as qualifying leads and booking meetings; role may potentially include running small deals from start to finish.
- Maintain a holistic and technical understanding of CipherTrace products and how they enable our clients to investigate, monitor, and/or mitigate blockchain and Crypto AML risk in collaboration with partners as well as within the Mastercard ecosystem.
- Professionally interact with prospects to schedule meetings for your sales team, and be able to report those opportunities to management regularly.
- Develop and manage customers and prospects through consistent communication, discovery, and education.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a customer facing role in the technology, cyber security, financial, or crypto industries.
- Experience maintaining CRM records, reporting, and forecasting accurately. Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
- Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communicator who can convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way to potential customers.
- BA/BS degree is required.
