We are looking for our next Civil Engineer to become the next Business Development Representative in **Mexico City in the new area of AEC (Architecture Engineering Construction)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking focused, driven professionals looking to start/grow their career in sales. BDRs are responsible for proactive inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/contact management and pipeline building. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualified prospects to AE’s for Opportunity creation. As a member of the BDR Team you will be joining a fast-paced close nit group that thrive in a competitive environment. You will partner with AE’s across the organization to create new selling opportunities in key targeted accounts across multiple industry verticals.

**What You Will Do**:

- Assist with field marketing campaigns by selecting target AEC sectors, developing messaging, and corresponding with respondents.
- Uncover prospects’ technical and business needs and propose and, if required, arrange to demonstrate solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide required support during trials.
- The primary focus will be structural analysis, concrete, and steel code checks/design.
- Must be able to work independently, collaborate with colleagues remotely, and attend regular online meetings.
- Applicants should be able to work within Eastern Time Zone, 9 am - 5 pm EDT.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering.
- Applicants should enjoy working directly with clients. Some experience in customer-facing jobs is an asset.
- No Structural Engineering experience is required, although prior engineering work experience is an asset.
- Applicants should be familiar with structural analysis, concrete and steel code checks/design.
- Some experience with Structural Analyses and Code Check/Design software is required. Knowledge of S-FRAME, S-CONCRETE, and S-STEEL is an asset but not required.
- Applicants should be familiar with ACI 318 Concrete and AISC 360 Steel design codes. Familiarity with CSA A23, CSA S16, and Eurocodes is an asset but not required.
- Strong English language skills (oral and written) required.

**Preferred**:
