As a HR Administrative Auxiliary you will support plant administrative responsibilities with human resources and internal areas to meet the needs of plant operational personnel at Apodaca Plant. You will report directly to the Plant Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Kwnoledge in system tracking for personnel attendance tracking, payroll processing and clarifications.
- You will be responsible for uniform delivery.
- You will attend to personnel needs.
- Coordinate internal events of celebrations and create communication for employees on white boards (notices, celebrations).
- Manage and follow up with suppliers for staff transportation, box lunch (overtime), purchase orders.
- Contact with union to support plant needs.
- Follow up on training plan.
- Know and understand global processes to adapt them to the plant.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Careers (desirable)
- 1 year experience in Administrative or Human Resources areas in similar positions
- Knowledge of HR and EHS
- Experience in Kronos (desirable)
- Intermediate English
- Intermediate Office Suite (Excel: Pivot tables, Formulas, Filters)
