Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for sales and upselling to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and process orders.
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers.
- Provide support to bilingual customers in both English and Spanish.
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers.
