**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and make sure they will be addressed by collaborating with various internal departments;
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers;
- Act as the client's advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience, making sure they receive services that are within their budget;
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services;
- Ensure that the value of the products and services are well explained to the client;
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs;
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires;
- Generate progress reports for clients and the company's upper management;
- Keep track of industry trends;
- Identify upsells, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly;
- Perform other duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field
- At least 3 years experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with a reputable digital marketing agency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with other team members within the company
- Can work within EST, CST, and MST time zones
- Can start ASAP

**System Requirements**:

- Must have their own laptop/personal computer
- Minimum of 20 MBPS Internet Connection
- A conducive and noise-free workstation
