In your day-to-day role you will
- Provide world class customer service
- Try all avenues to solve a customer's issue, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear
- Educate our customers on how to use Venmo to send and receive payments
What do you need to bring
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 -year experience in a role that put you in direct contact with consumers. Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus.
- Some experience working remotely would be advantageous.

Location

Technical Requirements

Hours
Full-time position offering a variety of shift timings, ranging from early morning, midday, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
