**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a Partner Success Senior Manager to our Partner Success team in Mexico

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Responsible for managing relationships in the area of gym affiliation, sports centers, and fitness studios with the mission of executing and achieving the established goals to build a quality network for our users.
- Identify new opportunities in the fitness market and potential growth drivers.
- Drive and maximize the affiliations of sports centers, generating profitable and healthy growth for the business.
- Manage expectations and overcome objections that may arise in relationships with internal and external clients.
- Execute monthly/quarterly development reports on the progress of the affiliation team.
- Work closely with the Client Sales, Client Success, and Activation teams to plan and execute expansion and coverage projects for our network.
- Establish and develop sales and performance goals, ensuring their achievement and progress.

- Professional with strong commercial expertise;
- Advanced-level English is essential;
- Experience in startups is desirable.
- You are tenacious and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects;
- High adaptability to a fast-growing organization;
- Outgoing and enthusiastic with strong communication skills;
