We are looking for a**Customer Support Specialist I - Digital Brokerage - Appointments**
You will be responsible for setting pick-up and delivery appointments and generating ideas for process and system changes that lead to improved process efficiency and/or carrier or customer experience improvement.
The main activities of this position are:
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
Build and schedule loads in our system
- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations
Basic requirements:
- 12 months work experience with customer interaction and communication
- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree - in process or complete
