Customer Support Specialist I

**About the Role**
Transplace, an Uber Freight company, is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in Transportation, Supply Chain, or logistics. Our specialists will manage transportation functions to ensure accurate contact with carriers to obtain status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered and empty while providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Create shipments through Shipment Data Entry, Shipment File Uploads or Manual ME Create
- Be able to create loads to push to Shipment Execution Web.
- Be able to adapt to helping other parts of the Thrive Pillar.
- Responding to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Be able to follow the US Holiday schedule and support customer in multiple US time zones.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Experience not required.
- Basic Math (Includes aptitude to learn how to calculate mileage as it relates to the passage of time)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Freight Industry
- Microsoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
- 1 Years of customer service experience
