Cada año, solo en Latinoamérica, más del 10% de los productos vendidos por el ecommerce son devueltos, esto crea toneladas de potencial desperdicio y le cuesta a las empresas varios millones de dólares. 2bak es una solución SAAS para ecommerce que ofrece una experiência de devolución eficiente con los mejores canales de salida de tal manera que se evitan desperdicios y se reducen drásticamente los costos asociados al proceso de devolución.
Nuestra tecnología apunta a la generación de valor en cada etapa de la logística inversa end-to-end mediante una atención fácil y rápida al consumidor, gestión de las devoluciones que resultan en eficiencias operacionales y un motor de inteligencia comercial para buscar los mejores canales de salida que maximizan el valor económico del producto. Esto trae como consecuencia mayor valor para todos en el proceso, menores desperdicios y un planeta más limpio.

**Propósito del cargo**:
SDR con un mínimo de 2 años de experiência realizando actividades de prospección, cold calling y seguimiento con clientes.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
- Prospección y generación de clientes potenciales conociendo al cliente ideal (Buyer Persona) de Getback.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los ejecutivos de cuentas para desarrollar estrategias para empresas B2B objetivo, clientes potenciales y canales de mensajería/conversación.
- Iniciar y establecer, nuevas relaciones, oportunidades y reuniones con posibles empresas.
- Calificar nuevas oportunidades y manejar objeciones complejas.
- Crear una actividad saliente significativa a través de llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos y ventas sociales.
- Utilización de datos para realizar seguimiento de sus resultados.
- Cumplir y superar su cuota semanal para alcanzar nuestros objetivos de crecimiento del equipo de productos directos.
**Requisitos y competencias para trabajar con nosotros**:
- Residir en CDMX (Posición híbrida)
- Ambicioso, motivado y cómodo en un entorno de cuotas.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de presentación.
- Experiência trabajando en ambientes acelerados con alto crecimiento y cambio.
- Voluntad de liderar un gran volumen de llamadas salientes y actividades de envío de correos electrónicos diariamente manteniendo una actitud positiva y enérgica.
- Atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Habilidades interpersonales: orientado a los detalles,responsable, creativo,trabajo en equipo, mente abierta y ambicioso.
**Bonus**:
- Experiência previa utilizando un CRM.
- Experiência en startups.
- Historial de consecución de cuotas / experiência en ventas relevante.
- Conocimiento o experiência en E-Commerce, Sistemas ERP y Ventas B2B.
