- Lap top propia. Requisito Indispensable.
- Experiência en CRM, facilidad en tecnología o plataformas digitales.
- Experiência en análisis de datos
- Manejo de plataformas tecnológicas
- Estudios a nível licenciatura en Administración, Tecnologías de la información, Ingeniería en sistemas o informática.
- Residencia actual en Cancún. Este requisito es indispensable.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
- Referencias laborales positivas y comprobables.
- **Ofrecemos**:_
- Sueldo de $10,000.00 mensuales netos
- Todas las prestaciones de Ley
- Pago de servicio de telefonía/internet
- Trabajo Home Office y en oficina
- Horario de lunes a viernes, de 08:00 am a 05:00 pm. Descanso sábado y domingo
- Giro de la empresa: Implementación de Plataformas tecnológicas del idioma inglés en escuelas y centros educativos.
- Contrato de planta. No eventual.
- **Funciones principales**:_
- Apoyo en solicitudes e incidencias de la plataforma ZOHO o de CRM.
- Manejo y creación de dashboards, reportes, informes y filtros en CRM.
- Creación de automatizaciones de flujos de trabajo en plataforma CRM / ZOHO.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $10,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
