Como **Customer Relationship Executive** de Nex Offices es ser el responsable de liderear el área administrativa a través de la gestión y el control de las cuentas tanto de los Asociados como de su Centro, analizando la información de los reportes que genera como parte de su responsabilidad para la toma de decisiones y con ello, tener sus actividades en óptimas condiciones para contribuir en la experiência extraordinaria de los Asociados
El **Customer Relationship Executive** de Nex Offices es el responsable de generar una experiência extraordinaria para nuestros Asociados desarrollando eventos que generen comunidad y relaciones positivas entre ellos, asegurando la funcionalidad, comodidad y la tecnología más innovadora en los espacios del Centro.
**Key Job responsibilities**
- Organizar eventos para fortalecer la comunidad y las relaciones entre asociados.
- Garantizar la satisfacción de los asociados con los productos y servicios.
- Seguimiento individualizado para comprender necesidades y preocupaciones.
- Resolver conflictos proactivamente y mantener relaciones positivas.
- Utilizar habilidades de comunicación y negociación efectivas.
- Ser proactivo y dinámico en las tareas diarias.
- Tratar a todos los asociados con equidad, respeto y empatía
**About The Team**
En Nex Offices estamos construyendo un Equipo Humano increíble que nos va a permitir crecimiento y expansión para hacer el día de trabajo de 4,000 Asociados una _experiência extraordinaria _para el año 2028.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Experiência en planificación y ejecución de eventos.
- Habilidad de negociación.
- Gusto por el servicio al cliente.
- Actitud proactiva y dinámica.
- Licenciatura en carreras en el ramo de turismo, relaciones públicas, comunicación, marketing y afines.
