**CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE**

Un CSE es el encargado del éxito de los clientes Fairplay. Esto incluye acompañar a los clientes a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida desde el OnBoarding de la plataforma hasta la renovación y expansión de las cuentas.

Responsabilidades (Lo que buscamos de ti):

- Onboarding de los clientes (seguimiento analítico, financiero y de procesos basados en los productos de Fairplay)
- Seguimiento de objetivos, KPI's, dispersiones y domiciliaciones
- Revisión de problemas y sugerencias (dar un valor agregado al servicio desde todo un acompañamiento con el cliente)
- Seguimiento a customer journey y customer experience

Calificaciones (Nuestra lista de deseos):

- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración
- Manejo de software de base de datos (Excel) intermedio
- avanzado.
- Entendimiento de gráficas, métricas, etc.
- Experiência: Recién egresado o bien con mínimo 1 año de experiência en sector financiero, e commerce.

Idiomas: inglés fluido.

Requisitos de habilidades profesionales:

- Habilidades financieras y/o matemáticas.
- Organizado y con orientación a detalles.
- Grandes habilidades de comunicación presentación.
- Capacidad para priorizar.
- Capacidad para tener conversaciones difíciles.
- Entusiasta y con mucha capacidad de trabajo en equipo
