**Objetivo del puesto**:
"Onboarding de nuevos proveedores en cumplimiento de la demanda de destinos y/o necesidades de la empresa, negociando los mejores TyC para Local Adventures".

**Persona encargada de**:

- Prospección de proveedores de acuerdo a destino seleccionado.
- Presentación de benchmark de opciones con proveedores considerados.
- Negociación con proveedores de:

- Tarifas fijas netas no comisionables (al menos 25%).
- Pago a proveedores (prepago 6 primeros meses, posteriormente crédito).
- Sistema de gestión de reservaciones (uso del sistema y resolución de dudas dentro el Chat con pasajeros).
- Ejecución de producto ágil como MVP y resolución de la gestión operativa posterior siguiendo modelo comercial de Local Adventures.
- Onboarding de proveedores con conexión API para distribución automática con modelo de trabajo de Local Adventures..

TAREAS A DESARROLLAR

**Diarias**:

- Prospección de proveedores.
- Invitación a proveedores.
- Revisión de requisitos con proveedores.

**Semanales**:

- Creación de tablas comparativas.
- Entrevista y presentación del modelo de negocio y flujo de trabajo a posibles proveedores.

**Mensuales**:

- Revisión de documentos, obtención de datos bancarios y firma del convenio de colaboración.
- Junto con el equipo de Supply alcanzar las metas mensuales y proyecciones de nuevas experiências.

**Experiência necesaria**:

- Experiência en la industria de turismo. 3 años como mínimo.
- Experiência en OTA´s, Operadoras Mayoristas o Agencias de viajes especializadas en turismo emisivo. 5 años como mínimo.
- Experiência en atención y servicio a proveedores. 3 años como mínimo.
- Experiência demostrable negociando con proveedores internacionales.3 años como mínimo.

**Conocimientos necesarios**:

- Licenciatura terminada. Deseable relacionada al puesto.
- Español como lenguaje nativo. Inglés avanzado, hablado y escrito.
- Uso de CRM en proceso de onboarding "masivo" (cerrando al menos 10 proveedores mensuales de forma consistente).
- Técnicas efectivas de negociación para nuevas cuentas comerciales y optimización de costos en cuentas actuales.
- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Capaz de trabajar en base a resultados con una excelente organización, responsabilidad y seguimiento de objetivos..
- Start-up mindset. Persona versátil y proactiva capaz de trabajar en equipo o de forma independiente, con disposición para encontrar puntos de oportunidad dentro de la compañía y ejecutar acciones correctivas.
