**Responsibilities**:
- Act as an advocate for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience in every interaction.
- Explain complex technical information in clear and understandable language for our customers.
- Resolve issues and provide proactive solutions to any obstacles our customers may face with our software and hardware.
- Utilize your troubleshooting skills and experience to investigate and resolve hardware-related problems.
- Work closely with our photo booth owners to help them succeed with their hardware.
**Requirements**:
- Significant previous experience in troubleshooting hardware-related issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate and express technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Skills to find proactive solutions and efficiently address obstacles.
- Curious and driven mindset to identify and address underlying issues in every scenario.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service.
