**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración o afín (Titulado).
- Experiência mínima de 1 año como customer service.
**Actividades**
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la especificación del producto con enfoque en calidad e inocuidad.
- Cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de manufactura establecidas por la organización.
- Mantener los reportes CRM actualizados, con información veraz y oportuna en un máximo de 24 hrs.
- Ingresar a liberación las ordenes con elementos completos y autorizados (presupuesto, PDC y Dummies) en un lapso no mayor a 24 hrs.
- Asegurar e informar oportunamente al ejecutivo de ventas sobre el estado de las OC de sus clientes.
- Notificar y mantener informados a los clientes externos de cualquier tema que impacte los acuerdos sostenidos con ellos.
