Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
FedEx is seeking a skilled Service Agent to join our team. As a Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with package inquiries, tracing, and delivery information.
- Provide over-the-counter and phone-based customer service, answering questions regarding FedEx products and services.
- Prepare various operations reports, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Handle customer packages, ensuring proper labeling, insurance values, and compliance with customs documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Station Ops Manager, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to FedEx standards.
- Recognize new customers and opportunities, opening new accounts, and submitting sales leads.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and basic computer skills.
- Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and maneuver packages with assistance.
