As Sales Operations & Planning Latam you will work directly with business leaders on the day-to-day of the commercial operations. You will be working across analytics, forecasting, and planning for the region, and will partner with sales leaders to drive the insights and planning needed to optimize growth in each country.

Additionally, you will work on critical business projects with business leaders. You will own strategic initiatives that include assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving the associated business planning processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, evolve, and improve efficiency and impact of rhythm-of-the-business reporting cadences for Sales, including forecasting
- Develop and report on Sales' performance
- Conduct and lead analytical and strategic projects to define, evaluate, and implement ways to grow and improve performance, making sure there is progress
- Coordinate and manage planning process (targets, HC, and budget) working across X-functional teams, including developing the methodology, and processes to define the strategy, budgets, priorities, and objectives
- Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams

**Qualifications**
- He/She would have experience in sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills, able to manage through data and insights to build compelling and innovative strategies
- Has experience working with large data sets
- Has experience building and developing dashboards to drive access to business insights
- Resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and open to risk - willing to take chances, make mistakes, iterate rapidly, solve problems and move forward
- Focused in driving business through new ideas and with a quick grasp of prioritization and execution
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration through formal and informal leadership and influencing rather than hierarchical structures
- You care about leaving this world a better place and you are known for your passion

- University graduate in Business or related major
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- **PLUS**_
- A good understanding of the financial/fintech industry is a plus
- Experience in the B2B sector with a passion for serving SMBs
- Experience living or working abroad or in multi-cultural environments
