Sales Executive

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers that lead to achieving assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Consult with the prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
- Work with technical staff, product specialists, and delivery teams to address customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work across organizations and meet with stakeholders within accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Has proven track record of most significant achievement
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience in technical sales (solution selling) to the automotive and auto-parts industry
