Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Aguascalientes.
Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Customer Service Representative role involvesResponsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.
What a typical day looks like:
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers.
- Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience Jr in a similar position.
- Internal and external customer service attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience Jr with Shipping Coordination and administration of purchase orders.
- Microsoft Office management.
