**¿Qué te hará triunfar en la posición?**
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en una posición similar y/o como Área Manager en un entorno multinacional.
- Que conozcas bien el sector retail, moda-lujo y/o bienes de consumo y seas un crack de la gestión y de la planificación estratégica bajo un scope regional.
- Que disfrutes inspirando, motivando y fomentando la mejora continua de los equipos. Que te apasionen los retos y desafíos constantes

- Deberás poseer excelentes habilidades para liderar personas.
- Nível avanzado en el manejo de Excel, Word, PPT y aplicaciones digitales, además de ERPs.
**Tus funciones principales serán**:
- Definirás y supervisarás los objetivos de ventas, márgenes y rentabilidad para cada tienda dentro de su región.
- Supervisarás y coordinarás todas las operaciones de los puntos de venta, incluyendo gestión de productos, merchandising, experiência de compra y optimización de procesos para mejorar la eficiencia.
- Desarrollarás y aplicarás nuevos planes para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas y mejorar la rentabilidad de la región asignada (promociones, programa de fidelización, acciones de venta especiales, eventos locales )
- Facilitarás el intercambio de comunicación entre HQ y los equipos de venta para que estén familiarizados con los nuevos productos, best practices, políticas corporativas e iniciativas de marca.
- Asegurarás que se brinde una experiência de compra única y de alta calidad en todas las tiendas, manteniendo los estándares de servicio al cliente.
- Fomentarás el crecimiento profesional de nuestro equipo de ventas, promoviendo la formación en producto, storytelling y estilismo para elevar el rol del Retail Brand Ambassador y la experiência de marca.
