**Ejecutivo Hipotecario de Desarrollos**

**Propósito del Puesto**:
Alcanzar los presupuestos establecidos para su territorio, buscando atraer a nuevos clientes, constructores, desarrolladores y corredores inmobiliarios y crear relaciones de largo plazo, ofreciendo la gama de productos y/o servicios existentes en HSBC, con la finalidad de lograr la imagen de “Ser el mejor Banco en su oferta y servicios de Créditos Hipotecarios”. Lograr y exceder las metas del AOP de Créditos Hipotecarios, buscando siempre los níveles óptimos a través de una cultura de venta con calidad. Asesorar a sus clientes sobre los beneficios y obligaciones fiscales que conlleva el crédito.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Buscar mejorar los índices de colocación del producto que gestiona con la planeación y generación de estrategias comerciales, ejecución, y control del alcance en su región especifica.
- Monitorear el entorno para encontrar oportunidades que incluye: 1) Identificar a los principales competidores, sus fortalezas y debilidades. 2) identificar e informar las fortalezas y debilidades de nuestros productos. 3) Monitorear los desarrollos importantes de su región, su nível de colocación y la institución financiera que domina cada desarrollo.
- Gestión de cartera de clientes, constructores, desarrolladores y corredores inmobiliarios, desarrollando las relaciones para asegurar que sean integrales y rentables.
- Establecer, Supervisar, enlazar y mantener la buena relación entre Banco - Industria y generar nuevas oportunidades de mercado. Participar en los eventos inmobiliarios y ferias de crédito de su región, hacer presencia y llevar un seguimiento.
- Coordinar la responsabilidad de atención a los clientes con el Case Manager. Realizar las gestiones necesarias para iniciar el trámite de productos y servicios dentro del grupo, instruyendo al Ejecutivo Hipotecario para que dicho trámite se realice en los tiempos de garantía establecidos.
- Crear nuevas alternativas de negocio a través de la propuesta innovadora a Producto de conceptos enfocados al mercado.
- Apoyar los planes específicos de las direcciones regionales y ejecutivas de PFS.
Requirements

**Conocimientos Avanzados en**:

- LEAP, Kroner, Hogan, Intranet
- 2 Años de experiência.
- Conocimientos Intermedios en:

- Procesos financieros (del negocio bancario).

**Habilidades Avanzados en**:

- Trabajo en equipo
- Atención al Cliente.
- Habilidades Intermedias en:

- Comunicación efectiva con los clientes.
