**Analista revenue manager**

**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**: Gestión por medio de softwares inteligentes los mejores precios,análisis de tendencias y de presupuestos

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería gestión hotelera, la economía o una disciplina centrada en el análisis de datos.
- Experiência 3 años trabajando en hotel
- Experiência en análisis de tendendias
- Experiência en reservaciones y giro hotelero
- Experiência en presupuestos
- Excelente manejo de excel
- Experiência en canales de distribución hotelera: plataformas web, agencias de viajes, etc
- Deseable manejo de Revenue manager system

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Realizar pronósticos a corto y largo plazo de los níveles de demanda de los clientes
- Utilizar todos los datos disponibles y analizarlos para supervisar las decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con la distribución y los precios.
- Monitoreo continuo de los diversos canales de distribución del hotel para garantizar que los esfuerzos continuos de marketing, la información sobre disponibilidad de habitaciones y los precios respalden la estrategia actual.
- Realizar reportes informes que describan el desempeño financiero anticipado y los resultados esperados de varias decisiones estratégicas.
- Evaluación continua de la eficacia de las estrategias actuales de fijación de precios, marketing y distribución, junto con reuniones periódicas con los líderes hoteleros.

- Sueldo base mensual de $16,000 a $20,000 libres de acuerdo a experiência comprobable
