El Analista de Revenue es responsable de establecer y ajustar estrategias de precios en función de la demanda, la competencia y otros factores relevantes.

Analiza datos históricos y tendencias del mercado para determinar precios óptimos y establecer políticas de precios dinámicas que maximicen los ingresos.

Supervisa el inventario de habitaciones y otras instalaciones del hotel para garantizar una distribución eficiente y rentable. Esto incluye la gestión de reservas, el control de disponibilidad de habitaciones y la implementación de restricciones de estancia mínima o máxima cuando sea necesario.

Realiza un análisis exhaustivo del mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades y amenazas. Esto implica monitorear las tendencias del mercado, analizar las tarifas y estrategias de precios de la competencia, y realizar estudios de demanda para pronosticar la ocupación y los ingresos futuros.

Administrar y optimizar los canales de distribución del hotel, como los sitios web de reservas, agencias de viajes en línea (OTA), sistemas de distribución global (GDS) y otros canales de venta. Esto implica establecer tarifas y disponibilidad en estos canales, así como gestionar acuerdos y contratos con socios de distribución.

Genera informes periódicos y análisis de desempeño para evaluar la eficacia de las estrategias de ingresos implementadas. Esto implica el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) como la ocupación, el RevPAR (ingreso por habitación disponible), el ADR (tarifa promedio diaria) y otros métricas financieras relevantes.

Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos del hotel, como el departamento de ventas y marketing, para alinear estrategias y objetivos. Participa en reuniones de planificación y proporciona información y recomendaciones basadas en el análisis de ingresos para respaldar las iniciativas de ventas y marketing.
