**About the Role**

As a **Sales Lead**, you'll showcase your expertise in sales and people management to expand our portfolio of restaurant partners across various cities in Mexico. If you're a natural at selling, love food, and enjoy building impactful partnerships, this is the role for you You will lead the charge in identifying and acquiring new restaurants that align with our partnership goals while driving success for both parties.

**What You'll Do**
- Build and manage relationships with restaurant partners in your region by leveraging your prospecting skills and connections.
- Take the lead in **hunting** new restaurants, using diverse channels and sales methodologies to bring in high-quality partners.
- Negotiate contracts that set the stage for long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Clearly articulate the value of **Uber Eats** and showcase the latest products and solutions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, helping them grow their business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with **Operations** and **Account Managers** to onboard and activate partners efficiently.
- Lead the way in sharing best practices and developing innovative solutions that elevate our sales processes.
- Act as an ambassador for **Uber Eats' mission, brand, and products**.

**What You'll Need**
- 5-7 years of **sales** and **people management** experience in high-paced environments.
- Proven track record in **cold-calling** and **business development**.
- **People management skills** are mandatory; experience leading sales teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in **prospecting** and closing **transactional deals**.
- Experience using **CRM tools** (like Salesforce) to manage day-to-day activities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- **Basic understanding of digital marketing** to drive partner success.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A team-first mentality, self-driven with a positive attitude and passion for learning.
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
