THE ROLE
Are you an agile navigator in the realms of real estate and construction, eager to shape the face of a fast-growing brand? Your journey awaits with Cofix, where you will serve as the bedrock of our expansion initiatives. As the Expansion Manager, you are our compass and pilot, expertly steering our development projects while liaising with local businesses and authorities. In partnership with the Country Manager, your strategic thinking and meticulous project management will forge new frontiers for our organization's growth.
**Your Mission**: Championing Expansion & Real Estate Initiatives
- Take command of our real estate ventures, ensuring an exciting pipeline of store locations that perfectly align with our vision
- Skillfully negotiate lease agreements, balancing our needs with the interests of our landlords
- Craft comprehensive market plans, conduct thorough regional analysis, and present potential locations for review under Cofix's high standards
- Transform each chosen location into a beacon of our brand, overseeing project plans, contractor liaison, and permit procurement
- Rigorously audit the construction process for legal compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to our project parameters
- Drive multiple projects concurrently, showcasing your time management and prioritization skills
- Become the guardian of project progress, swiftly addressing any deviations and implementing control mechanisms to keep everything on track
- Keep stakeholders informed with detailed project reports, promoting transparency and communication throughout our global network

Catalyst for Business Development
- Forge powerful business cases to propel our company towards ambitious goals
- Be the key player in the organization and management of franchising activities
- Cultivate a robust system for finding new franchise partners, boosting the franchise sales process and securing fruitful agreements
- Analyze economic and financial indicators of ongoing and completed development projects, aiding in crucial decision-making processes
- Negotiate with prospective partners, securing advantageous partnerships

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a trailblazer who is goal-oriented and open-minded, constantly thirsting for personal development. Your qualifications include:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or Building Science
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in development (location search, project management, construction management)
- Proven negotiation skills and a knack for building fruitful relationships
- Knowledge of construction principles and techniques and the ability to interpret architectural/engineering plans
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English and/or Russian is advantageous
- Willingness to travel throughout the Mexico
