Your role at Clorox:
As a Reporting and Audit Coordinator you will be responsible to lead and attend all external audits for North Cluster and coordinate the progress and timely assurance of all areas related to successfully conclude them with high standard results as well of any additional statutory/legal report.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate external audits (4 legal entities and 3 countries in charge), challenge to execute 3 of them at the same time.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements under NIF, USGAAP and IFRS.
- Elaboration of local reports for Tax purposes (SIPRED)
- Attends meetings with Process Owners to develop an understanding of business processes for the zone.
- Performs risk assessments on key business activities
- Anticipates emerging issues through testing and quality assurance
- Prepares reports to highlight issues and problems and assess how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and advises management whether any issues need addressing
- Review SOX testing to ensure controls are appropriately designed, implemented and effective (Self-assessment)
- Works closely with Corporate Financial Reporting Controls and Internal Audit teams to communicate risks, control weaknesses and process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinates and reviews local Policies and Procedures and ensure compliance with Corporate Governance Framework and all local regulations (DOA’s & P&P’s)
- Sets the right tone from the top in terms of compliance across the organization.
- Coordinates timely resolution of internal control issues.
- Analyzing of IC OOB’s for NL with US & LATAM and reviewing of the monthly IC reconciliations
- Government Survey reports for North LATAM Cluster.
- W2W Inventory coordination with the plant and P&A.

What we look for:
Experience
- + 4 years of proven experience working in accounting, audit or financial analysis, taxes and statutory audits.
- Big Four professional previous experience is a must.
- US GAAP and IFRS proficiency required
- SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems experience.
- SOX or internal audit experience required
- Solid in legal and tax reporting.

Education Level/ Degree
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or similar.
