Customer Service Account Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Coordinator to join our team at Khc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and following up on established action plans, ensuring timely communication with customers, and conducting negotiations to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on established action plans to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct negotiations with customers to ensure total satisfaction.
- Communicate agreements generated to internal areas and interact with work teams to ensure fulfillment.
- Provide information to customers on process changes, updates, and new products.
- Follow up and close stock recovery processes.
- Generate and follow up KPIs on a weekly basis.
- Follow up on registration, changes, and closing of stores.
- Provide solutions and follow up on critical problems, interacting with involved areas.
- Update descriptions, codes, and new products.
- Attend scheduled meetings with customers and be responsible for fulfilling minutes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration and/or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position, customer service, negotiation, oral expression, and follow-up of merchandise arrival.
- Advanced English language skills.
