En el equipo de Customer Operations estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Operational Excellence Manager, rol crítico en la mejora continua de los procesos dentro de la organización y en el aseguramiento de la propuesta de valor de Cabify.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Diseño y ejecución de estrategías para la optimización de procesos detectando oportunidades de mejora en las distintas etapas del customer journey de nuestros pasajeros y/o conductores enfocado en las áreas de flota y servicio corporativos a través del análisis en profundidad.
- Desarrollar planes de mejora de calidad
- Colaborar con el equipo de Fleets para garantizar la eficiencia operativa de las mismas
- LIderar proyectos e iniciativas que acompañen el crecimiento de la vertical corporativa de la empresa
- Actuar como agente de cambio para impulsar la adopción de principios y prácticas de excelencia operativa en toda la organización.
- Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de soporte asegurando la calidad del servicio entregado a nuestros clientes
- Generar análisis en profundidad y reportes de gestión en la toma de decisiones
- Garantizar que todas las mejoras de procesos mantengan o mejoren la calidad del producto/servicio y el cumplimiento de los estándares y regulaciones relevantes.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Ingeniero en operaciones, Industrial, Informática y afines.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en un rol similar, preferiblemente en la industria de ride hailing.
- Gran capacidad analítica y excelente manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos, análisis estadístico y visualización de datos. Deseable Tableau, PowerBi o Python.
- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos, implementación de iniciativas y formas eficientes de reportar el estatus de ellas.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicación y liderazgo para dirigir proyectos transversales a la compañía.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
