Conocer y relacionarse con los clientes globales localizados en México. El CSEM es el vínculo entre Operaciones y Ventas con cara hacia el cliente. Es responsable de apoyar en las implementaciones, analizar procesos operativos actuales y proponer e implementar mejoras. Adicionalmente, se encarga en cotizar servicios spot a los clientes regulares y da seguimiento a su operación.

Responsabilidad

Controlar y asegurar cumplimiento de requerimientos operativos de las cuentas claves en México. Liderar y realizar implementaciones operativas de nuevos clientes, o nuevas rutas de clientes existentes. Analizar procesos operativos actuales e crear potencial para mejoras e implementar las mismas. Trabajar en conjunto con el área de Operaciones y revisar frecuentemente el desarrollo de las cuentas KAM para identificar, resolver y en el mejor caso, evitar escalaciones operativas Participar en llamadas de seguimiento operativo con clientes, documentar su retroalimentación e implementar mejoras. Crear reportes operativos / dashboards. Preparar y participar en revisiones con clientes (QBR) así como realizar visitas esporádicas a los clientes. Ser el primer contacto de escalación operativa/comercial. Responder a solicitudes Spot de los clientes que surgen desde la operación y cotizar servicios Documentar actividades comerciales y operativas en Cargowise. Trabajar en conjunto con otros equipos KAM a nivel global (intercambio de información, juntas internas).

Requerimientos de la posición

Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales / Administración o similares. Experiencia mínima en Freight forwarder de 4 años. Experiencia en operaciones marítimas y aéreas (tanto comercial como operativa). Idioma inglés: Nivel alto (escrito y hablado). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad de análisis para estrategias comerciales. Habilidades de servicio al cliente. Capaz de trabajar bajo presión, manejar prioridades concurrentes y resolver situaciones. complejas así como buscar soluciones proactivas. Experiencia con clientes de la industria automotriz y clientes globales. Disponibilidad de viajar en nivel nacional (20%).
