**Practicante Permits and Institutional Relationship**
**Descripción del puesto**:
Estamos en busca de un Permits and Institutional Relationship Intern para unirse a nuestro equipo y apoyar al Analista Sr. de Gestión y Relaciones Institucionales en la Zona Norte. Este puesto brindará seguimiento y acompañamiento en tareas relacionadas con la administración de expedientes y relaciones institucionales, con un enfoque en el desarrollo urbano.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Brindar apoyo y seguimiento a las actividades del Analista Sr. de Gestión y Relaciones Institucionales en temas de gestión documental y relaciones institucionales.
- Acompañar en el armado y manejo de expedientes relacionados con regularización de predios, servicios, y trámites ante dependencias.
- Realizar tareas de investigación y recolección de información para la elaboración de documentos administrativos y legales.
- Dar seguimiento a la comunicación con despachos externos y dependencias gubernamentales relacionadas con desarrollo urbano.
- Participar en el acompañamiento de procesos presenciales o de campo bajo la supervisión del Analista Sr.
- Colaborar en la gestión y tramitación de permisos ante dependencias gubernamentales relacionadas con desarrollo urbano, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos y plazos.
**Requisitos**:
- Escolaridad: Estudiante Activo de últimos semestres o recién egresado de carreras como Derecho, Administración, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines.
- Preferentemente con experiência en el área de Desarrollo Urbano (no en dependencias comerciales como Fomento Económico).
- Experiência meritoria en despachos o gestión documental relacionada con urbanismo y administración de expedientes.
- Conocimiento básico de procesos de regularización de predios y permisos administrativos.
- Habilidad para realizar trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales y colaborar con despachos externos.
**Habilidades y competencias**:
- Organización y atención al detalle: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y documentos, asegurando que toda la documentación esté completa y organizada.
- Habilidades de comunicación: Habilidad para interactuar de manera efectiva con despachos externos, dependencias y equipos internos.
- Trabajo en equipo: Disposición para colaborar estrechamente con el Analista Sr.y otros miembros del equipo, mostrando iniciativa y compromiso con el aprendizaje.
- Proactividad: Capacidad para identificar y dar seguimiento a las tareas asignadas, con una actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
- Adaptabilidad: Flexibilidad para manejar diferentes tipos de trámites y acompañar procesos en campo cuando sea necesario.
