**Objetivo del puesto**:
Calificar clientes potenciales(leads), generados en los distintos canales de primer contacto, este puesto es un filtro para generar reuniones de mayor efectividad al equipo de ventas.
**Principales responsabilidades**
- Contactar y calificar los leads entrantes de los distintos canales.
- Comprender las necesidades, los requisitos del cliente y las probabilidades de cierre, para poder hacer una mejor calificación
- Dirigir oportunidades calificadas a los ejecutivos de ventas apropiados para un mayor desarrollo y cierre.
- Identificar tomadores decisión e influenciadores de las cuentas, generar interés a través de los mensajes clave proporcionados por Marketing y Comercial
- Crear y mantener la base de datos (cartera) de prospectos con condiciones asignadas.
- Realizar presentaciones genéricas de nuestro esquema de beneficios con clientes potenciales (No reuniones de venta ni de cierre sino informativas).
- Reportes semanales de avances y objetivos.
- Gestionar los procesos de comunicación a través del CRM
**Habilidades**:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, escrita e interpersonal
- Entendimiento del funcionamiento de los negocios y la economía en general.
- Excelente manejo de relaciones personales
- Visión de negocios.
- Excelente atención al detalle
- Jugador de equipo
**Perfil de puesto**:
- Técnico o graduado en carreras afines con ventas o experiência relevante para desempeñar el cargo.
- Experiência previa de mínimo un año en establecer citas, llamando a medianas y grandes empresas.
- Comodidad con la tecnología de ventas y las herramientas de CRM
- Conocimientos de herramientas ofimáticas, experiência en digitación/entrada de datos.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo
