**Sustainability Sales Strategy Analyst**

**Responsibilities**

**Main Purpose**
- This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the Commercial Sustainability team with responding to customer sustainability requests and preparing analysis and materials for customer sustainability meetings. This role also will help identify and develop key areas of training needed for the PepsiCo Beverages sales team based on the incoming questions from customers. Additionally, the role will provide support to our customer marketing initiatives as required.

**Accountabilities**- Support Commercial Sustainability function with incoming customer sustainability requests for information- Using sample of customer requests, leverage publicly available resources to create ‘master’ database of sustainability Q&A-
- Along with Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy, determine opportunity for creating ‘self-service,’ web-enabled tools to allow customer managers to respond to requests independently-
- Support Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy in preparation for customer and potential new business meetings,- Provide marketing and communications support to Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy and customer marketing support teams- Support in development and maintenance of web-based sustainability portals, both internal (providing repository of key information and support to sales/marketing) and external (customer-facing)- Provide project management support to Director of Sustainability Sales Strategy for key events / initiatives- Present insights and recommendations to Commercial Sustainability leaders on a established time and in a clear, concise manner- Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with headquarter partners- Work across multiple functions to determine scalable methods to respond to a growing number of sustainability requests from customers.- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/commercial areas is required-
- Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance, Master’s degree is a plus- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel and Power Point- Advanced english is a must
