**Tus retos en el equipo serán**:

- Gestionar comunicación con cartera de clientes.
- Dar seguimiento a las distintas necesidades del cliente como:
Ajuste de tarifas.
Capacitación (uso de plataforma)
- Aplicación de encuestas de satisfacción con el nível del servicio.

**Requisitos**:

- **Educación**:Lic. trunca o completa en Administración o afines.
- **Herramientas**: SQL (deseable), Excel, hubspot y/o zendesk.
- **Skills**: Organización, atención al cliente, comunicación.

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo base 13,000 a 15,000 (según aptitudes) + prestaciones de Ley.
- Esquema: Monterrey: Híbrido (50% remoto, 50% presencial).
- Herramientas de trabajo.
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 7:00 pm.
