**Acerca del puesto**:
En este rol, dirigirás el área de ingeniería de rutas con el objetivo de construir estrategias que permitan incrementar la presencia de Ferrero en el canal Tradicional así como la distribución del producto a más puntos de ventas. Al mismo tiempo formarás parte fundamental de la ejecución del plan de expansión enfocado en desarrollar el modelo de distribución propio de la compañía.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Serás el responsable de generar las estrategias de las rutas (Reestructura de Tiempos/Territorios).
- Analizarás de viabilidad operativa y financiera por ruta en el canal tradicional
- Llevaras acabo los proyectos/actividades de forma multifuncional
- Crearas el plan de expansión de rutas para el canal de RTM.
**A quién estamos buscando**:
- Licenciatura en económico administrativo Ing. o afín.
- Exp. mín. 5 años en ventas, planeación de ventas, manejo de rutas. Con conocimientos en PBI, análisis de tendencia y manejo de SAP
- Competencias de: Gestión de las personas, Conducir a losresultado, Gestión del cambio
