About You

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business degreeMust be Bilingual Spanish/English5 years’ Technical Sales experience with capital equipment (ideally in the food industry) Product Management, or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial industrySolutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components.Large scale food manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with manufacturing practices, sanitation, industrial environmentProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (AutoCad experience)Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to travel 80 percent of the time.

What You’ll Do

•Develop and manage a results-driven sales team.

•Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line.

•Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale, and deliverables for product line(s) both pre- and post-sale.

•Facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s), and in accordance with corporate training guidelines.

•Field travel is required to support customers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
