Intake Specialist

**eCustom Solutions **is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of intake specialists.

**Please note we are looking for independent contractors**

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**
- Calling outbound customers who have indicated an interest in our services.
- Qualifying customers cases and retaining them for the law firm.
- Handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers

**Availability**:

- This is a work from home position, and you will require a quiet area to work.
- Hours of operation in PST time are from Monday - Sunday, 8am to 7pm
- 40 hours per week

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Some experience in a call center considered an asset
- Typing skills with a minimum speed of 30wpm

**Skills**
- Active listening skills
- Customer service orientation
- Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment.
- Very good attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task is a must

**Technical Requirements**
- Personal Computer running windows 10/11
- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, **NO WIFI**)
- USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will **NOT WORK**)
- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher are required

**Salary**: $93.30 per hour

Work Location: Remote
