Sales Operations Analyist

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

HPE Aruba Networking is redefining the “IT EDGE”. Creating new customer experiences by building intelligent spaces and digital workspaces. We are focused on campus, branch, mobility and the IoT to transform business models with the combined power of compute, context, control and secure connectivity.

**We are looking for a new Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations Channel team.**

**_How you'll make your mark:_**
- Designs and implements processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support (end to ed process) for a customer segment or business unit.
- Working on continuous improvement efforts, leading and/or participating
- Cross functional participation on projects and new feature introduction or new requirement deliverables
- Consults with business leaders to identify relevant analytics, metrics and outcomes for the assigned area
- Develops sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs
- Communicates data and issue analysis to stakeholders
- Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize risk of failures.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

**_ About you: _**
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities
- ** Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.**:

- ** Advanced Excel**:

- Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
