**Senior Employee Relations Analyst
- People Manager Advisor**
**About the role**
We’re investing in managers and leaders to help all of Conduent’s people be the best they can be. We’ve created the role of People Manager Advisor to help our managers understand their role and its importance to Conduent and its associates, lead by example, develop their teams and operate efficiently. We also investigate and resolve complex and escalated employee concerns, often in partnership with other internal support departments.
**Responsibilities**
- Coach people managers to help them refine their people management skills through either one-on-one interaction or live sessions on a variety of topics.
- Build relationships with, and provide broad Employee Relations support to, specific business units.
- Provide on-demand counseling, coaching and problem solving to managers on day-to-day people issues.
- Develop and/or deliver management training.
- Investigate and resolve complex and escalated employee concerns, often in partnership with other internal support departments.
- Interpret, review and revise Conduent policies, procedures and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Have 5 to 7 years of Human Resources experience in areas such as Employee Relations, Generalist, Training, Coaching and Counseling, etc.
- Have a high degree of initiative and embrace working both independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoy problem solving and performing analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Problem Solving: Must be able to find solutions within the Conduent guidelines, Federal guidelines and in the best interest of the parties involved.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
