**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The PepsiCo Beverages North America - Go To Market Team Leaders, lead a team of 23 Analysts all together that are responsible for the processing of Payment Order (PO) requests, processing Invoices for payment, setting up new Suppliers and providing Permanent Merchandising Ordering support.

**Your Impact**:
As Global Procurement Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Managing a team of up to 23 Analysts covering for R2P (Requisition to Pay) capabilities for North American operations
- Ensuring all team SLA’s are met
- Complete Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Fulfill Purchase Order Requests (PO)
- Permanent Merchandising Order Management
- Support the standardization of processes, ensuring Service excellence and serves as main liaison to US Go To Market Ops leadership.
- Help to develop future areas of ownership and specialization as the team grows and evolves.
- Ensure a seamless service delivery and agile mindset to help the team evolve it’s structure for future growth and further specialization of team capabilities
- Serve as Primary Escalation Point for all Customer Service related issues as needed

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in business/operations experience.

**Experience**
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience in Procurement, customer service or process order
- Previous People Management experience
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
- Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner and build a favorable business relationships internally and with customers
