Sales Administrative Assistant

Sales Admins play a critical role within **Jambrina Corporation,** ensuring opportunities are properly carried through the sales workflow and assisting with marketing campaigns. As a Sales Admin you will assist Account Managers with completing the sales life-cycle and ensuring a smooth hand-off to the service teams. This role is especially client-facing, with a responsibility of maintain a proactive relationship with clients.
- Assist with maintaining the CRM by keeping account types up-to-date
- Assist directly with all sales by preparing opportunities, advancing activities, preparing and delivering quotes, and converting opportunities into agreements
- Manage product catalog and adjust products and pricing accordingly
- Launch sales campaigns and track opportunities related to each campaign
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing initiatives
- Work alongside technical resource to more accurately identify prospect’s needs
- Convert opportunities into agreements
- Coordinate with department managers to identify dedicated resources and update company’s team in the CRM
- Manually create work records for those activities that are not automatically launched from agreements
- Stage client documents in our network share
- Update agreements and all work records
- Update account’s status in the CRM
- Work alongside A/R to review billing and achieve a zero balance
- Other sales admin related duties as assigned.
Qualification/ Experience:
Sales Support: 2 Years
Degree in Marketing or related field.
English and Spanish fluent
