**What will you be doing?**
- Provide a good and high-level customer service.
- Ensure we meet and exceed our client's expectations regarding employee performance.
- Regular 1on1s and coaching to leaders.
- Strategic Planning and customer growth.
- CRM and internal software updates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Identify client opportunities for service enhancement and expansion

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
- At least 1 year of experiencie as a Customer Success Manager or Key Account Manager
- Knowledge of the logistics industry or some background related
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
