**General Purpose**:
This position requires a self-motivated and service-oriented individual with high work intensity. They will operate as an individual contributor, providing exceptional sales, customer service, and satisfaction. The role entails effectively managing various daily situations that align with the company's strategy, goals, and objectives.

**Job description**:

- Prospect and qualify potential leads using ZoomInfo's Engage tool, including creating sales flows and monitoring responses.
- Qualify inbound leads and cases in Salesforce, assessing their level of interest and readiness to move forward.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with leads and prospects in Salesforce.
- Continually develop industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quotas for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
- Use ZoomInfo's Engage tool to identify, nurture, and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested leads and qualify them as potential customers.
- Pass qualified leads on to inside sales reps for further follow-up.
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
- Keep accurate records of lead generation activities using Salesforce and other tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by hiring managers.

- Proficiency with CRM Software: Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills, particularly with CRM software.
- Adaptability and Accountability: Adapts to changes and accommodations as required by the business. Remains reliable in fulfilling role and responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role/position.
- Preferred experience in Ecommerce sales.
- Excellent communication skills, including documentation, listening, reading, and writing.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English, with evaluation applied.
- Positive and friendly attitude, able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry, as well as familiarity with software systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred previous experience with CRM software/platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or NetSuite.
- Must have a valid Tourist Visa and be eligible to travel to the United States for training purposes.
