**Reporta a**: Dirección general.

**Objetivo del Puesto**: El HR Manager será responsable de liderar y gestionar todas las funciones relacionadas con recursos humanos en la organización, promoviendo un ambiente laboral positivo y productivo. Su objetivo principal es alinear las estrategias de recursos humanos con las metas comerciales de la empresa, asegurando la atracción, desarrollo y retención del talento.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento para atraer a los mejores talentos.
- Gestionar el proceso de selección, desde la publicación de vacantes hasta las entrevistas y la incorporación de nuevos empleados.
- **Desarrollo y Capacitación**:

- Identificar necesidades de capacitación y desarrollar programas de formación para el personal.
- Implementar planes de desarrollo profesional y evaluar su efectividad.
- **Gestión del Desempeño**:

- Implementar y gestionar el proceso de evaluación del desempeño.
- Proporcionar orientación y apoyo a los gerentes en la gestión del desempeño de sus equipos.
- **Relaciones Laborales**:

- Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y resolver conflictos laborales.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales y políticas internas.
- **Compensación y Beneficios**:

- Administrar los programas de compensación y beneficios de la empresa.
- Realizar análisis de mercado para mantener la competitividad en salarios y beneficios.
- **Cultura Organizacional**:

- Promover la cultura y los valores de la empresa a través de iniciativas y programas de bienestar.
- Facilitar la comunicación interna y la participación de los empleados en actividades organizacionales.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Experiência mínima de 8 años como encargada de un rol de gestión de recursos humanos.
- Conocimiento profundo de legislación laboral y mejores prácticas en recursos humanos.
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
