El equipo de Comercial busca un nuevo #Cumpler para el cargo de Customer Acquisition Leader para trabajar de manera híbrida y ser responsable de las siguientes actividades:

- Fomentar la presencia en el mercado de nuestra empresa y aumentar el nível de captación de clientes. Coordinar al personal, trabajo sobre objetivos y armar una fuerza de venta. Crear estrategias para nuevos clientes.
- Liderar estrategias implementadas con el director general.
- Desarrollar el personal y áreas para poner en práctica técnicas de ventas que posibiliten hacer nuevos clientes.
- Aumentar los ingresos y lograr los objetivos de la empresa.

Habilidades y conocimientos:

- Conocimientos técnicos de sistemas analíticos y de gestión de relaciones con los clientes
- Experiência financiera y producto de factoraje
- Lenguaje financiero
- Experto en manejo de personal de ventas
- Estrategias de adquisición de clientes
- Desarrollo de nuevos productos
- Atención a clientes
- Liderear equipos
- Cierre de negociación
- Uso de CRM
