We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our manufacturing team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.

Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Strategist - Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate assessment and selection.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and staying ahead of the competition.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
