Join our team We are looking for a leader who can help us expand and coach a team of world class Sales Support Coordinators. As a growing team we need a team player who can lead our team of sales support coordinators to assist in completing administrative duties for the sales team to make them more productive and ensure customers are satisfied. This leader will need to collaborate with sales managers while developing and mentoring their team. This leader will also need to have an optimistic outlook on innovative ways to help free time up for quota carrying partners to exceed sales and retention targets and leave no stone unturned until those goals are met.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as a **Manager, Sales Support Coordinator,** you will:

- Effectively manages indivdual contributrors to ensure:

- Consistent sales and account management communication is maintained.
- Proposal concepts including but not limted to special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues are supported.
- Adherence to general sales/account management practices are followed.
- Business policy and procedures are followed.

**About You**

You’re a fit for this role if your background includes:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Bring an innovative and people focused approach to leadership
- Have experience leading and coaching a sales support team
- Can co-create and hold team-members accountable to personalized development plans.
- Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly and teach others.
