**We are looking for a Sales Executive in Baja California Sur**
**Responsabilidades**:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas así como buscar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
Generar leads mediante llamadas, citas presenciales, correos, entre otros métodos proactivos.
Dar seguimiento a cartera de clientes potenciales.
Construir y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales.
Realizar presentaciones de ventas.
Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias de la industria y la evolución del mercado.
Registrar y actualizar constantemente todas las actividades de ventas en nuestro programa CRM.
Elaboración de informes.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência en ventas o puestos relacionados con ventas (real state, property management, afin)
**Idioma inglés avanzado indispensable**
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión.
Orientación al cliente y escucha activa.
Gusto por las ventas.
Organizado y orientado resultados.
Contar con medio de transporte.
Residir en Los Cabos.
**Ofrecemos**:
**Sueldo base: $15,000 brutos mensuales**
**Comisiones NO topadas de $5,000 por venta.**
