Vacante: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Informática, o afín
- Recien egresado, pasante, o estudiante de los ultimos grados
Actividades a desarrollar:
- 1. Ser el principal responsable del mantenimiento preventivo de toda la infraestructura corporativa, entendida como:
- Equipamiento de cómputo y periféricos.
- Telefonía móvil.
- Servidores.
- Impresoras.
- Servicios de internet.
- Conmutadores. Cámaras / Circuito Cerrado.
- 2. Brindar soporte y atención asertiva y oportuna a usuarios en materia de infraestructura corporativa y apoyo en soporte de todo tipo.
- 3. Ser el principal contacto con proveedores de infraestructura corporativa para la gestión de reportes de mal funcionamiento.
- 4.Ser el principal apoyo operativo al IT Supervisor e IT Manager para la ejecución de tareas, producto del seguimiento de proyectos de infraestructura corporativa.
Ofrecemos:
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 am a 5:30 pm
- Ubicación de la empresa: Guadalajara, Jalisco a 3 cuadritas de Chapultepec. Col. Americana
- Pago quincenal + prestaciones de Ley desde el primer día
